We would like to inform you of the amazing feat; the borough Hillingdon & Ealing team had in the competition coming 3^rd in the prestigious EPSCA Nationals U11 competition that was held Saturday 14^th March at Beech Hall School, Macclesfield.

4 rounds of Swiss rapid chess, 25 minutes, 10 second increment.

First having to qualify for the Finals in the South East England regional qualifier against Kent, Essex A, B teams, Barnet, Hillingdon A, B, Hertfordshire A, B, Buckinghamshire.

Our Junior U9 team will be competing in the Finals after coming through there tough qualifier group, with last year’s winners Barnet being in the competition it was going to be tough.

But we done amazing and came 2^nd and qualifying for the finals at Meadow Park School, Coventry on Saturday 25^th April 2026.
